Keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Teams on Mac


Microsoft Teams is a business communication platform developed by Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products. Teams has replace other Microsoft-operated business messaging and collaboration platforms, including Skype for Business and Microsoft Classroom.

Note: If you’re using the default app bar configuration in Microsoft Teams on Mac, use the commands in the table below. If you’ve changed the order of your apps or added additional apps, the command depends on the app’s sequential order on the app bar. For example, if you’ve moved Calendar to the top of the app bar, press Command+1 to open it, not Command+4. To view the keyboard shortcuts for your current configuration, press Command+E to go to the Search field, type /keys, and then press Return.
